The Payment of the Conference Registration Fee of USD entitle participants/authors to all conference benefits including ONE ELECTRONIC CD COPY of the Proceedings where their article appears. Hard Copy Proceedings must be requested before the conference at the rate of USD 50. Onsite/Post Conference Payment for Hard Copy proceedings is at a Minimum rate of USD 80 or as may be determined. Conditions will also apply to post/send hard copy(ies) to participants after the conference. iSTEAMS Official Exchange Rate for participants from Nigeria is is N1650 to USD.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
Participants from outside the United States should endeavour to obtain valid travel documents (VISAS) that grant them entry into the United States of America. Visa interviews should be scheduled well ahead of time to enable prospective participants attend interviews and obtain visas to attend the conference. The Newark airport New Jersy;s main international airport. However, flights are also available to other airports in the US from where New Jersey can be connected. A variety of accommodation options are available for conference participants within the conference vicinity. We will be glad to arrange for airport puck-ups and accommodation bookings for interested participants. Cost details will be provided in due course.
