Participants from outside Nigeria should endeavour to obtain Yellow fever vaccination cards. It may be required at the entry point for all foreigners and travellers. ECOWAS citizens including Cameroonians do not need visas to travel Nigeria. The ECOWAS passport is all that is required. Direct flights exist to Lagos Airport with road connections to Bells University of technology, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria. A variety of accommodation options are available for conference participants within the host city and environs.
