Paper Submission Instructions - EASYChair System

All submissions MUST include the Author(s) PHONE NUMBER(S). Submissions without phone numbers will not be accepted. Articles should usually be a maximum of 5 pages or at most 4000 words, Arial (Font), 10 points, single spaced. Authors should use APA Referencing style. Articles should be uploaded through the EASYChair Conference Submission System. The EASYChair system will only accept PDF Files. Note: The Payment of the Conference Registration Fees entitle participants from OGITECH to attend all conference sessions, receive the conference registration package which includes a Certificate of Participation, the Conference Proceedings on Compact Disc, Writing Materials, Conference Participant Badge and one lunch meal ticket. For staff of OGITECH who did not pay before the conference, Hard Copy Book of Proceedings are available on demand at a separate pre-conference payment rate of N5000. This must be paid before the conference directly to the iSTEAMS Conference Account whose details are provided below and indicated as payment for Hard Copy(ies). Onsite/Post Conference Payment for Hard Copy proceedings is at a Minimum rate of N7500 or as may be determined. IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

Participants from outside Nigeria should endeavour to obtain Yellow fever vaccination cards. It may be required at the entry point for all foreigners and travellers. ECOWAS citizens including Cameroonians do not need visas to visit Nigeria. The ECOWAS passport is all that is required. The Lagos airport is the closes to Igbesa, Ogun State. Direct flights exist between the Lagos airport and several international destinations as well as between Lagos and the Abuja airport, Ibadan, Ilorin, Owerri, Uyo, Kano, Kaduna, Yola, Enugu, Port Harcout Airport and other connecting airports Warri & Asaba in Nigeria. A variety of accommodation options are available for conference participants within Yaba and its environs. The Polytechnic operates the Royal Guest House with affordable lodging options.

CONFERENCE PROCEEINGS & EXTENDED VERSION OF CONFERENCE PAPER FOR JOURNAL PUBLICATIONS

Electronic and hard copy Conference proceedings will be made available onsite for authors whose papers are accepted and who have met the proceedings publication obligation.
