About The Journal


The Journal of Behavioral informatics, Socio-cultural and Development Research aims to provide a platform for discourses on the informatics of behaviors so as to obtain behavior intelligence and behavior insights. Articles focusing on applied behavior analysis from the psychological perspective, socio-cultural context, development issues, computational theories, systems, criminology, peace and conflict studies, economics of behaviour, social artificial intelligence, IoT, qualitative and quantitatively model, behavior management, within individuals, groups and organizations are welcomed. We also accept papers whose discourses are on the classic study of behavioral, including behavior modeling, applied behavior analysis, behavior analysis, organizational behavior. individual and group behavior formation, representation, computational modeling, analysis, learning, simulation, and understanding of behavior impact, utility, non-occurring behaviors, behavior intervention and management. The Journal promotes and accepts research articles, technical papers, short communications, work in progress and position papers.  It also publishes extended versions of papers presented during the International Multidisciplinary (iSTEAMS) Conferences and other conferences disseminating cutting edge research content that fits within the scope of the Journal. Authors are welcomed to submit articles  via

Acceptable Submissions 

Case studies, surveys, experimental designs, prototyping, empirical research,innovative numerate articles that presents frameworks, theories, findings and discovery in the Journals thematic areas are welcomed. Extended versions of papers presented in conferences and other research and academic forums including book reviews are also acceptable. Authors are welcomed to submit manuscript(s) for consideration within the target subject scope of the Journal as well as tangential domains of research.
